Dear Colleagues,
DEFEND JOBS, PENSIONS & AGREEMENTS – LONDON UNDERGROUND
Further to previous correspondence, TfL has now settled its funding agreement with the Department for Transport. This was done without any input or consultation with the Union and as expected, it contains a raft of wholescale attacks on your jobs, pensions, agreements and also potential future pay awards.
Notably, the funding agreement contains and confirms the following attacks:-
Dear colleague,
RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2022 - ABM (LUL CONTRACT) (LUL/0001/ABM)
Further to my previous Circular (IR/135/22, 28th June 2022), this matter has been considered by the National Executive Committee and in line with its decision, I have advised the Company that unless the following demands are met, a dispute situation will exist between us and this Union will not hesitate to initiate a ballot for strike action:-
Dear Colleagues,

Further to my previous Circular (IR/135/22), dated 28th June 2022, this Union gave London Underground until today to provide assurances on three key issues of this dispute:

Dear colleague
Imposition of Night Tube Duties, Train Operators - London Underground
I am pleased to report that, following over 20 sessions at ACAS and with London Underground management having previously shown no sign of shifting, progress has now been made on the Night Tube dispute. As you will know, this dispute began after management ripped up agreements that Night Tube duties would not be imposed on members and that the service would be run on a voluntary basis.
