RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2023 - KEOLIS AMEY DOCKLANDS (DLR/0001/KAD)

Further to my previous Circular (IR/352/23, 24th November 2023), and following talks with the Company at ACAS and the following revised offer has been received:

· A £2,000 underpin to the 5% consolidated proposal already made. The £1,000 non-consolidated payment remains 

The National Executive Committee has noted a consensus among members to accept the offer and I have now advised the Company accordingly and asked that the increase, and backdated monies is paid to members at the earliest opportunity.

As a result, the current dispute is now resolved and all members are instructed to book on for shifts and work as normal.

RMT will now be submitting a 2024 pay claim as a matter of urgency, with a view to commencing discussions with the Company in January. I will keep Branches advised of all further developments.
