RMT confirms further strike action by key group of staff at London Underground’s Ruislip Depot

TUBE UNION RMT has confirmed a further round of strike action by transplant train maintenance and stores staff at London Underground’s Ruislip Depot .

The strike action is over disputes about pay parity and payments associated with train preparation based on the duties staff undertake in their role.

The staff in dispute at Ruislip depot are instructed to take strike action by NOT BOOKING ON FOR ANY SHIFTS THAT COMMENCE BETWEEN:-

Southgate explosion: RMT wishes injured passengers a speedy recovery

Yesterday evening , in what appears to be a power tool battery explosion, a major incident unfolded at Southgate station on the London Underground network.

The union understands that members of the public were hospitalised and we wish them a speedy recovery.

Station staff were once again fantastic in dealing with the initial incident and getting people to safety whilst undertaking a full speedy evacuation in very difficult circumstances.

RMT confirms further strike action on DLR in dispute over breakdown in industrial relations

RMT suspends strike action on Docklands Light Railway after significant progress in ACAS talks with the company.

RAIL UNION RMT has confirmed that scheduled strike action on Keolis Amey Docklands, due to start tomorrow and stretch across the weekend, has been suspended after significant progress has been made in talks with the company hosted by ACAS. The union remains in dispute.
