BAILEY – LONDON UNDERGROUND That we note the resolution from our Central Line East Branch; and applaud their resolve to continue fighting the scandalous sacking of Bro Bailey for NOT failing a drugs & alcohol test; which even the company now have reluctantly admitted is concerning so much so that they are to be undertaking a review of their whole D&A procedure.

That we note the resolution from our from Central Line East Branch that to bring the company back into normal industrial relations they are resolved to continue to take strike action.
Accordingly, we instruct all Central Line Train Operators and Operator Instructors to take Strike Action by not booking on for shifts between:
20:00 hours on Friday 21st December and 02:00 hours on Saturday 22nd December 2018.

We instruct the General Secretary to arrange an urgent meeting of Train Operator Industrial Reps from the Victoria Line with the NEC, Lead Officer and Senior Assistant General Secretary in attendance.

Transplant 'train prep payment' action suspended

That we note the report from the Lead Officer following a members meeting at Ruislip Depot; where members held the unanimous view that their current industrial action short of a strike should be suspended.
The feeling is that the new management team put in place late summer this year have improved relations in the depot; and taking the action off may provide a better environment for resolving this issue.

We note the report from the Lead Officer, and that despite the Stations & Revenue Functional Council Reps best efforts in raising these matters with the company they have remained belligerent and:
Refused to re-instate Bro Mahoney and drop the misplaced charges against him.
Continue to victimise our Rep Bro Rollinger and Bro Glasstone.
Body cameras

Court; and instruct the General Secretary to place a report from the Lead Officer in front of this NEC without delay.
Further; we instruct the General Secretary to circulate our recently drawn up RMT Body Cam Policy to the Stations Safety & Functional Council reps and all LT Region branches.
All London Transport Region branches and the London Transport Regional Council to be advised.
