That we note the report from the Lead Officer and correspondence on file, and congratulate Sister Sophie Kyei-Donkoh, Brother Mark Harding, the local reps and our Bakerloo Line Branch for their successful campaign outcome resulting in Sister Sophie Kyei-Donkoh’s complete vindication and rescinding by the company of her 52 week Final Warning.

Inaccurate recordings on EIRF forms

Subject: INACCURATE RECORDINGS ON ELECTRONIC INCIDENT REPORTING FORMS (EIRF) – LUL

That we note the resolution from the London Transport Regional Council regarding the company’s move to remove Train Operators ability to give their account of incidents involving them, and the obvious victimisation of our members that will undoubtedly result.

This is totally unacceptable and we instruct the General Secretary to have this matter taken up at the highest level with London Underground.

All operational branches and the London Transport Regional Council to be advised.

1. ROP & COS 2019 - London Underground (all 2nd stage reps) - 9am

2. Extended Train Prep Schedule (all Fleet IR and H&S Reps, Trains Functional & Trains Safety Council) - 11am

3. Disciplinary, S. Kyei-Donkoh, CSA, Piccadilly Circus (IR and H&S Reps from Bakerloo Line Branch) - 12 pm

Meeting report: Mass members' meeting plans fightback

RMT reps and activists came together for a mass meeting at the Indian YMCA on Fitzroy Square on 24 April, to discuss three major disputes facing London Underground workers: against cuts to train maintenance (“extended train prep”); against job cuts (“Transformation”); and on pay, terms, and conditions.
