Bakerloo drivers to be balloted over proposed new timetable

SUBJECT: WORKING TIMETABLE 44/45 (WT44/45), TRAIN OPERATORS, BAKERLOO LINE - LONDON UNDERGROUND

That we note the resolution from the well-attended Special Meeting yesterday evening of our Bakerloo Line Branch; and that:

• The company have disregarded representations made by our IR and H&S Representatives

Picc driver unfairly sacked

Subject: DISMISSAL, DRIVER, ARNOS GROVE – LONDON UNDERGROUND

That we note the resolution from our Finsbury Park Branch and the report from our Lead Officer regarding the indefensible treatment of our Member, Piccadilly Line management.

We instruct the General Secretary to arrange an urgent meeting of our Piccadilly Line IR Reps, Senior Assistant General Secretary, Lead Officer and members of the NEC in attendance.

Urgent meeting called as Victoria Line dispute continues

BREAKDOWN IN INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS, TRAIN OPERATORS, VICTORIA LINE - LONDON UNDERGROUND (LUL/14/2)

I advised you previously that the NEC had instructed me to obtain a report from the Regional Organiser with regards to the local meetings that were taking place that would hopefully resolve this dispute over the need to improve working relationships between RMT members and Victoria Line management (Ref: IR/399/19, 2nd October 2019).

That we note the report from the Lead Officer; regarding the degrading by the company of the agreement reached at ACAS despite the union suspending Strike Action. London Underground's inability to manage its own lower echelon management and keep its house in order is its own sad affair until it impinges on the health, safety & welfare of its staff our members, and agreements once mutually reached with this union.

Tube union RMT has suspended indefinite industrial action due to start at one minute after midnight tonight by drivers on four key underground lines after securing a massive victory over the issue of excessive track noise.

That we note the report from the Lead Officer that talks yesterday and today have produced a potential resolution to the excessive track noise, with short–mid and long term fixes that will ease, minimise and then remove this unacceptable situation put upon our members and travelling public.

Subject: MEAL RELIEF POINT, ARNOS GROVE DEPOT – LONDON UNDERGOUND

We instruct the General Secretary to place an updated report back in front of this NEC; and to combine this file to create a new file: “ Night Tube Issues – Piccadilly Line.”
