Meeting Called As LUL Employee relation Team Transferred To TfL

PROPOSED TRANSFER OF EMPLOYEE RELATIONS TEAM FROM LUL TO TFL (LUL/15/10)

Further to my previous Circular (IR/100/15, 16th April 2015), members will recall that we wrote to the Company to advise that it is unacceptable that RMT will lose recognition rights for our members in the Employee Relations Team. A response has now been received from the Company advising that it is transferring a small group of people from LUL into a larger team at TfL and in such circumstances it is usual that recognition would not transfer. Also, no agreements will be terminated or changed as a result of this transfer.

The Company has confirmed that this transfer has now taken place and that the formal consultation process has concluded. The General Grades Committee has taken the decision to organise a meeting with LU Human Resources and Operations to discuss this matter and I will keep Branches advised of any further developments.
