BREACH OF STATIONS ROSTERING AGREEMENT - LONDON UNDERGROUND (LUL/14/2)

Further to my previous Circular (IR/177/25, 9th May 2025), where I advised that RMT had entered a new dispute with LUL over its failure to implement the necessary changes to the Stations Framework Agreement. The Company has now made the required changes and issued an amended version of the Stations Framework Agreement to protect our agreed approach to restructuring station areas from when the new area structure is implemented on 22nd June 2025. The National Executive Committee has congratulated members' steadfast resolve and our negotiating team for tackling this issue.
