We note the resolution from our Finsbury Park Branch; and that a dispute situation is arising due to the intolerable behaviour from management understaffing Train Ops on the Piccadilly Line, attacking our Members through draconian use of the attendance procedures, breaching agreements and obstructing our representatives’ trades union duties.
Dear Colleagues
Update on the Status of LU Transformation
Since the details of common principles for all work-streams were agreed, we have been working on the details of 18 separate work streams - examining the possibilities and consequences of individual pools – this has slowed progress significantly as the workload is considerable. Furthermore and more importantly, we have tabled counterproposals and challenged the designs put forward to us as well as arguing points of principle.
Our objectives thus far have been relatively simple:

RMT calls on London mayor to end exploitation of Tube cleaners
Dear all Stations and Revenue Staff,
This afternoon, Friday 9th of March, a communication has been sent out on the intranet titled “explaining the CSA2 role.“
RMT and TSSA members of the Station's Safety Council have been negotiating this document for many months now.
The document sent out today is COMPLETELY unagreed whatsoever with either trade union. Furthermore we where not even shown a copy of prior to it being published.

MPs call on London Mayor to end exploitation of Tube cleaners as RMT says treatment of workers “shames the capital.”
TUBE UNION RMT has welcomed a motion tabled in Parliament today by MPs calling on Transport for London, which is chaired by the London Mayor, to end the exploitation of Underground cleaners.
The MPs intervention came as RMT cleaners are due to demonstrate outside City Hall later today and RMT General Secretary Mick Cash said in an open letter to the London Mayor that the “continuation of such low workplace standards and conditions shame the capital.”
