Ballot matrix prepared over SSL Point Care Signalling Department issues

Subject: BREACH OF AGREEMENT, SSL POINT CARE SIGNALLING DEPARTMENT – LONDON UNDERGROUND

That we note the meeting took place between our workplace representatives, Track & Signals Functional representatives, Senior Assistant General Secretary and members of the NEC following the resolution passed at our 2019 AGM, and the company are persisting with breaching of our agreements.

Accordingly, we instruct the General Secretary to prepare a ballot matrix of affected members and advise the company that a dispute situation now exists between our two organisations.

Urgent meeting called on Victoria Line

Subject: BREAKDOWN IN INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS, TRAIN OPERATORS, VICTORIA LINE – LONDON UNDERGROUND

That we note the report from the Lead Officer; regarding the degrading by the company of the agreement reached at ACAS despite the union suspending Strike Action. London Underground's inability to manage its own lower echelon management and keep its house in order is its own sad affair until it impinges on the health, safety & welfare of its staff our members, and agreements once mutually reached with this union.
