RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2018 - TRANSPORT FOR LONDON (TFL/0001)

Further to my previous Circular (IR/107/18, 23rd February 2018), and following further talks with TfL, the Company has advised that the original 1% base pay budget, applied through the Pay for Performance framework, is a full and final offer.

union reps to address the matter.

Serco Cycle Hire referendum recommendation: reject the offers

We note the report from our Lead Officer and instruct the General Secretary to immediately advise the company of our acceptance of the offer.

Ballot arranged over plans to cut detrainment staff

Subject: REMOVAL OF DETRAINMENT STAFF, WATERLOO, WATERLOO & CITY LINE – LONDON UNDERGROUND

We note the resolution from our Central Line East Branch; and that this cost cutting exercise by the company is putting passengers lives at risk and our members safety at risk.

We instruct the General Secretary to advise the company a dispute now exists between our respective organisations and to arrange a ballot for action short of a strike for all Leytonstone Depot Train Operators and Operator Instructors but excluding Night Tube Drivers.
