Meet at 1130 at Marylebone Main Line Station at the Victoria And Albert Public House

London Pride is a great event for LGBT people to stand up and be counted. The RMT is a union proud of the diversity of its members and we can demonstrate this by taking part in the march on the third of July.

RMT Motions Passed For LGBT Issues

It details eight motions specifically targeted at LGBT equality, and the RMTs official recognition of these issues and commitment to counter these inequalities and support both members are are brothers and sisters in our wider communities and across the world.

The English Defence League's Two Faces On Free Speech

The English Defence League (EDL), a far right 'anti-Islamist' group has accused the RMT of preventing a member of the league's LGBT division from taking part in a protest against 'Islamic homophobia'. In an article on the EDL website, the group condemns the RMT for organising a counter-demonstration.

Regional LGBT Officer

I have been elected as the Lesbian, Gay Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Officer for the London Transport Region at the recent Regional Council Meeting.

BBC Survey Of Its Portrayal of Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual People
