22p. That's what London Underground's pay offer is worth to a Customer Services Assistant in year 2. The new issue of 'RMT London Calling' newsletter spells out the details of how miserly LUL's and TfL's pay offers are, and how poorly they compare to rises enjoyed by company directors and even by other workers.
There are also reports from Docklands Light Railway, the Woolwich ferry, the Victoria line 'five-rounders' dispute, and Boris Johnson's latest broken promise - on snow day pay.

The new issue of our 'RMT Platform' newsletter itemises London Underground management's attacks on stations jobs, and reveals statistics that show just how mean LUL's pay offer really is. You can read all issues of 'RMT Platform' here.
It tells staff your rights regarding cancellation of overtime, and taking grievances against managers.
'RMT Platform' also reports on:
The attached two posters show clearly how the pay offers from London Underground and Transport for London - of a measly 1.5% this year (with an even more measly 0.5% in following years) - will not cover the real rising cost of living. In other words, it is a pay cut.
Below is a list of 2009 pay awards for train drivers. This information certainly puts LUL's measly 1.5% - and even worse, 0.5% next year - into perspective!
A notice giving this information is attached - please download and circulate to all drivers.
