By now, I’m sure you have all had a chance to familiarise yourselves with the Business Case in your area that LU are proposing as part of Transformation. The RMT continue to oppose the proposed changes in the Business Cases and we have had agreement from the company that they are willing to consider counter proposals from affected areas.

Some members have approached us with initial ideas for counter proposals. We welcome this and would encourage all of our members to share their ideas with us. If you would like to be involved in composing a counter proposal and need some advice on how to do this, or if you feel you haven’t had a fair opportunity to be involved, please contact your RMT rep.

Additionally, it has been brought to our attention that some staff have been excluded from local drop-ins with management. This will be raised with management in all work streams.
