4-DAY WORKING WEEK, TRAIN OPERATORS - LONDON UNDERGROUND

The referendum has now concluded with members' voting as follows:

Total Votes Cast…               1345

Number Voting 'Yes'…          126

Number Voting 'No'…           1219

The National Executive Committee has noted the resounding result of this referendum to overwhelmingly reject the Company's offer and has congratulated members on their steadfast resolve to defend their terms and conditions.

I have advised the Company that the offer is rejected and that RMT now expects the proposals to be withdrawn. Going forward, negotiations regarding a 32-hour, 4-day week should commence in line with our 2025 pay submission.
