London Underground has revised its offer on medical redeployment, extending it to a maximum of 25 staff in other grades as well as to a maximum 25 drivers.

You will see that not only is it limited to a certain number of staff, it is based around redeploying people into the CSA grade and therefore offers nothing to CSAs beyond existing redeployment arrangements and "reasonable adjustments" required by law. Further, the offer does not guarantee an alternative job if you become medically unfit to do your current job, which is what RMT's pay claims demanded.
