BOXING DAY PAYMENTS, SERVICE CONTROL STAFF - LONDON UNDERGROUND (LUL/7/2)

Further to my previous Circular (IR/371/24, 13th December 2024), talks have taken place with the Company and the Lead Officer has received written confirmation and commitments from the Company that further talks will take place with a view to agreeing a resolution to this matter.

The National Executive Committee has noted the correspondence received and taken the decision to suspend the strike action on Boxing Day, Thursday 26th December 2024, to enable further talks to take place. All Service Control members are therefore instructed to book on for shifts and work as normal.

I will keep Branches advised of all further developments.
