The following resolution was recently received from our Central Line East Branch:-
FIXED TERM CONTRACTS, WORKSHOP STAFF, PICCADILLY LINE – TUBE LINES (LUL/13/2)
Further to my previous Circular (IR/298/17, 13th July 2017), and following the massive ‘YES’ vote by members in the recent ballot, RMT Reps had a strong position during talks with the Company and after a number of meetings, the following proposal was received:-
The Company commits to transfer all 35 FTC staff to permanent FTE contracts

Further to Head Office Circular NP/111/17 the National Executive Committee instructed that advice be provided to RMT members on LUL's HOT Procedure.
Please also find attached a copy of the advice and a copy of RMT's pamphlet on 'serious and imminent' danger.

MACHINERY OF NEGOTIATION – KEOLIS AMEY DOCKLANDS (DLR/0005)
Further to my previous Circular (IR/204/17, 17th May 2017), the meeting with the NEC, SAGS, RO and Reps has taken place and following final amendments to the revised machinery of negotiation, the negotiating team recommended its acceptance.

Further to my circular IR/247/17 14th June 2017, the result of the ballot of our members has been received from the independent scrutineer and was considered by the National Executive Committee at the end of last week. The result is as follows: -

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot: 144
RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2017 – CUBIC TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS
The NEC has considered a report from the lead officer outlining a 2.75% no-strings pay offer for our members working for Cubic Transportation. Having considered the views of our affected members via their reps this proposal has now been accepted by the NEC. I have informed the company of our acceptance of their proposals.
DISCIPLINARY, L. CORNELL, S. SOUISSI & D. SHARP – LONDON BRIDGE – LONDON UNDERGROUND (LUL/4/4)
Further to my previous Circular (IR/247/17, 14th June 2017), following a meeting with the Lead Officer, Reps and Branch Officials yesterday, the National Executive Committee has taken the decision to suspend the industrial action short of a strike at London Bridge however, we remain in dispute and will continue to support our three members through all means possible.

Number of members balloted… 3,743
Total Votes Cast… 1,290 (34.4% turnout)
Number Voting ‘Yes’… 1,039 (80% but only 28% of members balloted)
