The European Transport Workers' Federation's Women's Committee meets twice per year to discuss issues facing women transport workers across Europe and to drive forward the programme of work agreed by the four-yearly ETF Women's Conference.
WOMEN'S HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK
As members will be aware from my previous Circular (IR/022/15, 21st January 2015), preparations are underway to organise a meeting of Reps and Activists to discuss the possibility of further industrial action on London Underground in relation to defending jobs, services and conditions and to discuss the report back from our Lead Officer on the progress of talks on Every Job Matters.
Autism in the Workplace is a really exciting event being run at the Workers’ Educational Association - WEA - on 25 March 2015, 9.30am–4.30pm. It is sponsored by the Communication Workers' Union (CWU) and includes participation from Simpson Millar solicitors.

The RMT Black and Ethnic Minority Members Conference 2015 will be held on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th March 2015 at THE ADELPHI HOTEL, RANELAGH PLACE, LIVERPOOL L3 5UL. Neasden Branch have been invited to nominate a a maximum of 4 delegates to attend. Anybody wishing to attend should contact the Branch Secretary by the next branch meeting date of Wednesday 28th January 2015.
The RMT Women's Conference 2015 will be held on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th March 2015 at THE OAK HOTEL, ORCHARD STREET, WIGAN WN1 3SS. This conference will be celebrating 100 years of organising women. RMT Neasden Branch is entitled to nominate a a maximum of 4 delegates.
Any branch members who are interested in attending this conference will need to contact the branch secretary by the next branch meeting date which is 28th January 2015.
