Preparations in place for Fit for the Future ballot

BREAKDOWN IN INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS – FARRINGDON, BARBICAN, MOORGATE, LIVERPOOL STREET & ALDGATE STATIONS – LONDON UNDERGROUND (LUL/14/2)

Further to my previous Circular (IR/196/16, 15th July 2016), members will recall the previous National Executive Committee to organise a meeting of Stations Reps to review the implementation of Fit for the Future – Stations to discuss our strategy, including possible industrial action.

Hammersmith & City line drivers balloted

BREAKDOWN IN INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS, DRIVERS, HAMMERSMITH & CITY LINE – LONDON UNDERGROUND (LUL/14/2)

Further to my previous Circular (IR/212/16, 29th July 2016), the ballot papers were posted out to affected members on Tuesday 9th August and the closing date for this ballot is Tuesday 23rd August 2016. I will keep you advised of all further developments.

Interim Transfer and Promotion Process

The recent letters sent out by LUL  to  all stations staff who are presently shown as either " Over-Established" or " Covering- Down" at their current locations is for reference purposes only and no member of staff should take any further action on it. The Stations Functional Council is currently still in a formal process of negotiation with LUL over a possible agreed Interim Transfer and Promotion Process and, until this has been officially signed off by the RMT, they should disregard any communications received from LUL Management.

H&C drivers to be balloted over breakdown of industrial relations

Further to my previous Circular (IR/092/16, 4th April 2016), the Company was informed of a dispute situation due to a number of issues affecting members on the Hammersmith & City Line including breaches of the attendance at work policy, an overbearing management team, refusal to release reps for meetings and misuse of the disciplinary policy.

Victoria Line Night Tube Ballot Called Off

NIGHT RUNNING – LONDON UNDERGROUND (LUL/15/4)

Further to my previous Circular (IR/200/16, 19th July 2016), I informed the Company of the dispute situation between us over the proposed rosters for Victoria Line Train Operator and Instructor Operator members. Since then, further meetings have taken place with the Company and RMT Reps. LUL has offered an additional review of the new rosters after eight weeks although Reps can also continue to raise any immediate concerns in the usual way.
