Station Admin Update

Your RMT reps, along with reps from the other Unions, met with Stations Admin staff on 30/01/18 to discuss the counter proposal which was submitted. This was a very useful meeting, filled with lots of passion and lots of valuable feedback.


We outlined some of the issues that the company had with the counter proposal, and this along with the counter proposal itself are available on SharePoint. In brief, London Underground are claiming that the counter proposal will be too expensive and that is does not offer a sufficient level of accountability or resilience.


We had a very productive discussion about how to further strengthen the counter proposal and we have arranged another meeting, which the company has agreed to release all stations admin staff to attend. This will be on Tuesday 6th February 2018 at 10am in the 7th floor auditorium at Albany House.


We urge all admin staff to attend and to spend the time between now and this meeting to consider the points raised so far and what you would like to see in the final counter proposal.
