RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2025 - LONDON UNDERGROUND (LUL/0001)

Further to my previous Circular (IR/179/25, 14th May 2025), I advised LUL of the dispute situation over breaches of the 2023 and 2024 agreements and the failure to table a 2025 pay offer. Talks with the Company took place on Wednesday 28th May but no pay offer was forthcoming. LUL also stated that a reduction in the working week is not on the table, there is no progress on the extension of Priv travel and no proposal regarding converting any banded salary range into a spot salary.

The National Executive Committee considered this matter yesterday and, having noted a report received from the Lead Officer, has taken the decision to commence a ballot of all LUL members for strike action and action short of a strike.
