Subject: BREAKDOWN IN INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS, TRAIN OPERATORS, PICCADILLY LINE – LONDON UNDERGROUND

That we note that the talks at ACAS have been fraught and the contempt for our members shown by the company and their internal imbalance and inability to address
the issues of this dispute.

We also note the view of members expressed at the joint branch meeting last week;where they voted to put down more strike action.

We therefore instruct our members to take industrial action by not booking on for any turns of duty between 12:00hrs on Wednesday 7 th November to 12:00hrs on Thursday 8 th November 2018 to encourage the company to put its house in order and engage in further talks that we remain open for.

Members to be advised by email and text.

Piccadilly & District West and Finsbury Park branches and the London Transport Regional Council to be advised.
