London Underground Impose Train Manager Role

LU management have announced that they will be releasing Train Manager rosters this Sunday 26th March. It therefore remains clear to the RMT that they still have no interest in engaging in meaningful negotiations and plan to impose the new model in 28 days from release of rosters.
The following response has been sent today to Mike Smith:
"I must once again for the record inform London Underground Management, that with regards to the proposed introduction of a new Train Manager (TM) role, which it is proposed will replace the existing roles of Duty Train Staff Manager (DTSM) and Train Operations Standards Manager (TOSM), the RMT do not consent to or agree with these proposed changes.

We have continually protested from the beginning of the consultation process, that the affected employees in scope, will be subjected to direct changes of their current terms and conditions and therefore these proposed changes should be negotiated with the Trade Unions as per the machinery of negotiation and consultation and therefore we believe the collective bargaining process has been inadequate. We the RMT have on numerous occasions have asked the London Underground Management for these concerns to be discussed at Director level, but these requests have been flatly refused. If London Underground Management intend to impose these proposed changes on the DTSM & TOSM employees in scope, then we the RMT formally request that you should confirm your final position in all of its elements to the Head Office of the RMT for the Unions considerations."
