AGENCY DISGUISED EMPLOYEES
This issue is being pursued to stop this flagrant breach of terms and conditions of our members. See circular IR/70/15 12 March 2015.

EVERY JOB MATTERS
Reps meeting held on the 16th March. We will continue to oppose the cuts in jobs, pay and conditions by all means, including industrial action. An all grades ballot matrix is being prepared.
With attacks on stations rosters and members being sent a letter next week to inform them where they are being moved to. the anger is growing we should be prepared  to put on an overtime ban and strike on the stations if necessary.

PAY/NIGHT TUBE
Negotiations seem to have stalled we are demanding an above inflation increase and a consolidated flat rate payment for all grades. The impact of rosters must be negotiated and there must be additional payments and time off in lieu  for all staff who work Night Tube. We are also demanding a 32 hour week without loss of pay. The anger is growing we should be prepared  to put on a strike.

HOLT/RMT
Demo on the 27th March to demand Ticket Offices are kept open. It is costing £134 million to destroy the Ticket Offices. Already there has been a 44% increase in assaults on staff and serious passenger incidents due to understaffing of stations.
Val Shawcross Labour GLA member has highlighted the effects of Ticket Office closures on disabled and vulnerable passengers.

TUSC AND CAMPAIGNING
I have donated £145 to produce a London Calling this month and I will be donating £50 to each of the RMT TUSC candidates.
