GRADE PROGRESSION!!!
WHAT GRADE PROGRESSION?

The company have told you the money is in the pot and ready for grade progression implementation.
This is clearly not true. It has never been available to go into your pocket as they have told you!

You are being offered the same pathetic pay rise as everybody else.

You have six vacancies which are not being filled based on false promises by your management.
The jobs aren’t being filled but you aren’t getting the extra money as promised by them!!!!

Who said job cuts wouldn’t hit the operational areas? Clearly it is!

There is now no agreement for Grade Progression unlike the Service Controllers.

Time to have your say and use your clout!!!
