In all cases, the ballot results have been referred to the Southern Sub-Committee for examination and report and I anticipate being in a position to report further next week. I will also be able to report on the outcome of one further LUL ballot of former Metronet Staff covered by the Signals Framework Agreement which closes on Tuesday 19th January.
