Station and Trains Admin: your jobs are about to be slashed by a group of senior managers enjoying large bonuses.

A number of groups are being dismantled and there will be a large reduction in staffing levels among admin staff and other grades.

Many of you have supported senior management by helping out during strike action taken by operational staff. This is their way of thanking you.

You have now waited a long time for the Admin Grade Review to be completed with the promise of opportunities to increase your pay in line with your skills.

The JWP reported back to company council on Dec 8th and it was made clear by the RMT that management could not only afford the proposals the unions put forward but couldn’t even afford their own proposals. You have been strung along with false promises by a management team that couldn’t deliver. Over the years you have delivered for London Underground and the only thing they have delivered to you is a large cut in jobs belonging to your grade.

The RMT is an all grades union and fights to save all jobs. The only way to do this is by taking action we don’t kowtow to management like other unions do. During the OCR no RMT members were made compulsory redundant.

At least 50 Admin jobs on trains and stations will go. It could be you.

Senior Management don’t support you, in fact this is probably one of their most outrageous tactics to date. The RMT is an ALL GRADES UNION and we will fight for every job!
