London Underground dispute update - we demand more time away from work

RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2025 – LONDON UNDERGROUND
Your RMT negotiating team met with LUL on Wednesday this week and again today and has welcomed LUL’s clarification on the offer on Boxing Day working: A minimum payment of £400 will be paid and no conditions will be attached in any function. Where better arrangements are already in place, these will remain unchanged.
RMT insisted that management now address other areas of our claim including:
- That every single member receives the negotiated pay rise.
- More time away from work, given as whole days off.
- Management must deliver the 2023 commitment to negotiate the extension of Priv.
Management stated they will now call formal pay talks with all Trade Unions next week. RMT has demanded they come to that meeting with improvements that address our points above.
