As overtime ban bites Tube bosses agree to additional station jobs at ACAS talks

Today myself and senior RMT Stations reps, alongside TSSA, attended talks at ACAS.
LUL have confirmed that they will put additional roles / jobs back into Underground stations. We have agreed, on that basis, to take part in 7 day review to identify exactly where those jobs will be allocated.
LUL confirmed that recruitment had started and they already have a starting pool of CSAs to offer additional jobs to.
RMT demands 'action plan for jobs' at ACAS station dispute talks

This afternoon myself and senior RMT Stations reps, alongside TSSA, attended talks at ACAS with LUL. This was the first meeting since last week's ACAS talks and also our first meeting since the reps meeting yesterday.

TFL1 and LU Managers and Admin AGM is taking place on Wednesday 7th December 2016 from 1700 at the Blue Eyed Maid Public House. 5 minutes walks left out of Borough High Street exit of London Bridge.

Further to my previous Circular (IR/337/16, 10th November 2016), regarding London Underground’s proposal to remove the DTSM and TOSM grades and replace them with a new grade called Trains Manager, a Reps meeting has taken place and discussions with LUL are on-going in relation to proposed pay bands, locations and other matters.

Further to my previous Circular (IR/317/16, 26th October 2016), the Reps meeting took place on Monday 31st October and the National Executive Committee has taken the decision to declare a dispute with LUL over this matter and to ballot members for strike action and action short of a strike.

Further to my previous Circular (IR/345/16, 17th November 2016) and following the recent ballot result in favour of taking further strike action and action short of a strike over the long-running and unresolved issues affecting members on the Piccadilly Line, the National Executive Committee noted the views from a meeting of RMT Reps and has taken the decision to call on all affected members NOT TO BOOK ON for any shifts that commence between:-

Submitted by Admin on 27 November, 2016 - 12:17LUL recently presented your Trains, Health and Safety Council reps with a Change Assurance Plan, which outlined proposals to progressively remove Tunnel Telephone wires from April 2017. The removal process would last 2 years with priority given to areas prone to breakages.
