Responding to a radio call to assist a colleague is now a sackable offence

3 CSAs at London Bridge have been sent to CDI following an incident with a fare evader in November 2016

The fare evader assaulted 3 members of staff, one was pregnant. 
She was pushed in her stomach.
Those who assisted were sent to disciplinary hearings.

Ballot planned in defense of London Bridge 3

DISCIPLINARY – L. CORNELL, S. SOUISSI & D. SHARP – LONDON BRIDGE – LONDON UNDERGROUND (LUL/4/4)

Following a report recently received from the Lead Officer, along with correspondence from our Jubilee South Branch, the National Executive Committee has taken the decision to declare a dispute situation and ballot all RMT Station Grades members in the London Bridge Area for strike action and action short of a strike over the above.

Ballot of Night Tube drivers commences

FULL-TIME TRAIN OPERATORS POSITIONS, CONTRACTED HOURS AND OVERTIME RATE – NIGHT TUBE DRIVERS – LONDON UNDERGROUND (LUL/14/2)

Further to my previous Circular (IR/65/17, 15th February 2017), I can now advise that ballot papers will be posted to all Night Tube Train Operators on Friday 24th February and the closing date for this ballot is Tuesday 14th March 2017. If any Night Tube Train Operator does not receive their ballot paper please ask them to call the Freephone helpline number on 0800 376 3706 so a replacement can be sent.

Central Line strike rock solid

TUBE UNION RMT said today that strike action on the Central Line East is "rock solid" as expected this morning with the union repeating the call for management to start taking the issues at the heart of the dispute seriously and start engaging in genuine and meaningful talks.

Tube drivers strike tonight

Tube drivers' strike on Central Line East goes ahead tonight as LU fail to take talks process seriously.
TUBE UNION RMT confirmed today that strike action on the Central Line East goes ahead as planned tonight after LU management failed to take the talks process seriously yesterday and showed a total disregard for the core issues at the heart of the dispute. No further talks are currently planned.
