TUC Pledges Unanimous Support For Campaign Against Mcnulty Rail Attack

From RMT General Secretary Bob Crow.

TUC PLEDGES UNANIMOUS SUPPORT FOR CAMPAIGN AGAINST MCNULTY RAIL ATTACK

I am pleased to be able to report that TUC congress has voted unanimously to throw its support behind the campaign to stop the McNulty review attack on our railways.

With the Government due to issue its response to McNulty next month this vote of support from the entire trade union movement is a massive boost to our campaign of opposition and means that we can now count on the full support of every trade union member in every village, town and city the length and breadth of the country

It also means that the entire labour movement is supporting our protest and lobby in London on 25th October and will generate some serious added momentum behind that day’s events.

For further information on the campaign go to our web site www.rmt.org.uk.

Solidarity will win this fight.
