Subject: TRAIN PREPARATION SCHEDULE – LONDON UNDERGROUND
That we note the report from our Lead Officer concerning the failure of the company to engage in meaningful talks with this union; and their ignoring of letters from the Lead Officer.
This matter is of the upmost importance to this union; and we will not be subject to a railroading through of these far-reaching proposals which affect the safety of the travelling public and various grades of our members; notably our Fleet and Train Operator members.
Accordingly; we instruct the General Secretary to inform the company that due to their actions/in-actions; a dispute now exists between our organisations on this matter.

All London Underground branches and the London Transport Regional Council to be advised.
