RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2023 - THALES GTS (LUL/0001/T(GTS))

Further to my previous Circular (IR/184/23, 15th June 2023), members rejected the Company's offers in a referendum. The National Executive Committee considered a further report from the Lead Officer and has now taken the decision to conduct separate ballots for signal grades and other grades for strike action and action short of a strike in the form of an overtime and rest day working ban.

I have advised the Company that a dispute situation exists between us and am making the necessary preparations to conduct the ballots. I will keep Branches advised of all further developments.
