RMT reject derisory Exterion Media pay offer

Subject: RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2018 –​EXTERION MEDIA

That we note the report from our Lead Officer and the unacceptable below inflation pay offer from the company to our hard working members. Accordingly, we instruct the General Secretary to write to the company to advise them of our rejection of their derisory pay offer and that a dispute situation now exists
between our two organisations.

Further; we instruct the General Secretary to ballot all affected members for both strike action and action short of a strike, and arrange a meeting between our
representatives with the Lead officer.

Members to be advised by email and text.

Relevant Branches and the London Transport Regional Council to be advised.
