RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2016 – SERCO SANTANDER BIKES (TFL/0001/SSB)

In line with Union Policy, a claim for an increase in pay and improved terms and conditions has been submitted. Negotiations have concluded and the following offer has been tabled:-

• A 2% increase backdated to 1^st April 2016.

Acting on our members’ wishes, the NEC has instructed me to inform the Company of our acceptance. This instruction has been carried out and I have requested that the increase and back monies are paid at the earliest opportunity.
