Was any one else extremely vexed at the content of our new MD's letter, not only does the tosser use public money to send out individual letters to all LU staff but he also has the cheek to slag off this Unions integrity and does this by spouting loads of lies.

If LU were so ready to negotiate where were they back in November when we first put our claim in? Also he bangs on about not producing examples of the policy breaches and that we should use the well established processes to deal with any issues, Jesus the blokes a complete fool. If we had any faith in these established processes we wouldn't be striking over them, as for examples:

How Employment tribunals have LU lost over the last few years? The managers that were found guilty of misconduct at these tribunal what’s happened to them?

We'd like to think that they were properly disciplined but oh no the standard punishment is to promote them or move them side ways. It’s definitely one rule for them and bloody too many for us!!
