RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2023 - SERCO LONDON CYCLE HIRE (LUL/0001/SLCHS)

In line with Union policy, a pay claim was submitted to the Company for a substantial increase in rates of pay and improvements to conditions of service. Following negotiations, the Company tabled an offer of 4.25%, effective from 1st April 2023.

The Lead Officer consulted members at both Penton Street and Clapham depots, and submitted a report to the Executive Committee, which has taken the decision to advise the Company of our rejection of the pay offer and to demand an improved offer.
