Keolis Amey Docklands 'Personal Development Review' could lead to dispute

TICKET SCANNING - KEOLIS AMEY DOCKLANDS

The Lead Officer has advised that KAD has imposed a Personal Development Review (PDR) target of 600 'reads' per week for Passenger Service Agent members while conducting revenue protection roles.

No consultation has taken place over this matter and the Company has not responded to our request for confirmation that no disciplinary, capability or performance management action will be taken against members in relation to this matter.

The National Executive Committee considered this matter today and is dismayed that the Company would see fit to impose non-negotiated terms on RMT members. I have written to the Company to demand that no arbitrary targets are imposed on members without agreement having been reached with the Union and that no disciplinary, capability or performance management action will be taken against members in relation to this matter.

I have also advised the Company that a failure to provide these assurances within 48 hours will lead to a dispute between our organisations and I will of course keep Branches advised of all further developments.
