DLR ballot successful

RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2025 - KEOLIS AMEY DOCKLANDS (DLR/0001)

Further to my previous Circular (IR/267/25, 18th July 2025), the ballot has concluded with members' voting as follows:

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot:      624

Number of votes cast in the ballot:                                         433

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question:               413    

Number of individuals answering “No” to the question:                19     

Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned:     1

 

Are you prepared to take industrial action short of a strike?

Number of individuals who were entitled to vote in the ballot:      624

Number of votes cast in the ballot:                                         433    

Number of individuals answering “Yes” to the question:               420    

Number of individuals answering “No” to the question:                12

Number of spoiled or otherwise invalid voting papers returned:     1       

         

The National Executive Committee has noted that these results have met and exceeded the thresholds imposed due to the anti-trade union laws. The NEC has thanked members for their participation in the ballot and has taken the decision to seek an updated report from the Lead Officer. I will keep Branches advised of all further developments.
