Cleshars pay offer accepted

RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2019 - CLESHARS (EAST LONDON LINE IMC2 CONTRACT) (LUL/0001/C(ELL(IMC2))

 

In line with union policy, a pay claim for an increase in pay and improved terms and conditions was submitted to the company. Following discussions, the offer which was received is as listed below:-

 

ES/PICOP Uplifts

 

The table below reflects the new proposed salary rates for ES/PICOPs and includes a removal of “local arrangement” remuneration (Wembley / Rostered Weekend shift uplift), in favour of a consolidated annual salary.

 

The proposal reflects the market rate, harmonisation, PICOP/ES skills attainment and consolidation of local arrangements.

 

In all 7 staff were selected for ES/PICOP, 1 has resigned, 3 will be mentored for Level A ES duties over the next 2 months (with CCS undertaking PICOP duties).

 

It is proposed the new rates of pay will be implemented on 1st August on successful conclusion and agreement with staff representatives during April/July (2019).

Track Staff Uplifts

 

The table below reflects the new proposed salary rates for the remaining Track Staff and includes a removal of “local arrangement” remuneration (Wembley / Rostered Weekend shift uplift), in favour of a consolidated annual salary.
