RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2025 - ABM (LU CLEANING CONTRACT) (LUL/0001/ABM)

In line with Union policy, a claim was submitted for a substantial increase in rates of pay and improvements to conditions of service. The Lead Officer has submitted a report, along with correspondence from ABM, stating it is unwilling to discuss our pay claim as members have already received an increase this year in line with the London Living Wage uplift.

The National Executive Committee is disgusted that ABM see fit to hide behind the London Living Wage and in line with its decision, I have written to ABM, TfL and the Mayor of London in the strongest terms, demanding pay negotiations commence immediately.
