London Underground, Transport for London & ex-Metronet Members

Vote YES!
for Strike Action & Action Short of a Strike!

RMT Members are to be balloted for strike action and action short of strike action against management’s current attacks on Staff :

• Malicious use of disciplinary procedures against Staff
• Bullying Staff and even SPYING on their families

Against attacks on conditions and jobs:

• Undermining of the existing “PPP Code of Conduct” (Jobs 4 Life) that protects against job cuts & recession proofs us against compulsory redundancies
• Imposing of managements Organisational Change Process (OCP) that will force staff onto the dole in a recession!

Against a 5 year pay cut:

• Staff have been offered a 5 year pay cut of RPi plus 1% for 2009, followed by just RPi until 2014! Whilst RPi is going - 0%, the real cost of living is going up, meaning we are to receive a year-on-year(x5) pay cut. But that’s not all……..
• LUL Employee Relations made it clear at last weeks Metronet Company Council meeting that they will consider an ACTUAL DEDUCTION TO SALARY BACKDATED TO APRIL TOO, if the economic climate continues to decline!
