If we stop these devastating job cut plans nobody will need to be reassessed.
London Underground says that they plan for Station Assistant Multi Functional (ticket office workers) to either be moved into a 'Customer Service Agent' role, or to have the option to apply for 'Customer Service Supervisor.'
We do not know what the pay rate for the two grades of CSA will be, or where and how staff will be moved to new work locations. If SAMFs and Supervisors are applying for the new CSS role, there will be a lot of people going for these jobs and again we don't know what the pay rate for these plans will be.
