RMT to Challenge Attacks from LTDA newspaper

RMT General Grades Committee decision:

We note the resolution from our London Taxis branch and fully understand our members’ frustration at the repeated attacks on them and our union in the Licensed Taxi Drivers' Association newspaper publication TAXI.

We therefore instruct the General Secretary to urgently obtain advice as to any legal action which may be possible. We further instruct the General Secretary to assist and resource our London Taxis branch in challenging and replying to the attacks made on it, for example through the production and wide distribution of a leaflet to taxi drivers.
