The RMT H&C Branch has had no other option but to declare itself in dispute with LUL management - over the treatment of staff at Paddington/Notting Hill/Gloucester Rd Groups.

Amongst a list of reasons, particularly is the treatment of probationer members of staff.

Management have basically declined to adhere to ANY of the internal fundamental  policies when it comes to managing these members of staff.

We also have concerns about misuse of the LDI process and other policy/procedures.

As a result, probationers Diana and Nasser from Paddington have been outrageously sacked today (14th September). 
This is without due process, following of internal policies, and any basic regard for your colleagues rights.

The RMT can NOT and WILL NOT allow this to happen!

We are initiating high level discussion within the senior Union leadership, but we expect to require a ballot of all members in this area for Industrial Action due to the above issues.
