RATES OF PAY & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE 2023 - THALES GTS (LUL/0001/T(GTS)) 

Following talks with the Company, the offer which has now been received for Thales GTS Collective Staff Graded 1-7 in JF07 & 10 is as follows:

          Year One:

·A 6% increase, effective 1st January 2023

·For LR4 employees whose base salary is under £30k per annum; an enhanced offer of 8% on base salary (except apprentices who are managed outside the collective on fixed pay scales)

          Year Two:

·Option One - A 4.5% increase, effective 1st January 2024, with an extra 1% applied on top if CPI remains above 10%, measured at a date to be agreed

·Option Two - A 5% increase, effective 1st January 2024

The National Executive Committee has considered the offer and taken the decision to conduct an e-referendum of affected members. The referendum closes at 10:30 hours on Tuesday 13th June 2023 and I will keep Branches advised of all further developments.
