That we note the resolution from our Neasden Branch and instruct the General Secretary to put an updated report back in front of this NEC.

Further; we instruct the General Secretary to advise the company that we may well be in dispute if Brother Morgan is not re-instated at his appeal hearing.

Meeting called to discuss 'draconian' treatment of Interserve members

Subject: CONDITIONS OF SERVICE, SECURITY STAFF – INTERSERVE (TFL CONTRACT)

That we note the resolution from our Piccadilly & District West Branch regarding the unacceptable, arbitrary and draconian treatment of our members by Interserve on the TfL contract.

Accordingly, we instruct the General Secretary to arrange an urgent meeting between our Interserve IR representatives, Piccadilly & District West Branch Officers, the Lead Officer, Senior Assistant General Secretary and members of the NEC, to discuss the organisation of a ballot for industrial action.

Employment conditions at ABM 'of grave concern' to RMT

Subject: RATES OF PAY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE, CLEANERS – ABM (LU CONTRACT)

That we note the resolution from the London Transport Regional Council regarding the impoverisation of our cleaner members by ABM using their super-exploitation model of employment, presided over by London Underground, TfL and the London Mayor Sadiq Khan.

Sophie Kyei-Donkoh completely vindicated: RMT is a trades union working for our members

That we note the report from the Lead Officer and correspondence on file, and congratulate Sister Sophie Kyei-Donkoh, Brother Mark Harding, the local reps and our Bakerloo Line Branch for their successful campaign outcome resulting in Sister Sophie Kyei-Donkoh’s complete vindication and rescinding by the company of her 52 week Final Warning.

Further to my previous Circular (IR/119/19, 27th March 2019), I advised the Company that if any disciplinary action was taken against Sister Kyei-Donkoh following an incident where Sophie was abused by a well-known and repeatedly offensive passenger, then a dispute situation would exist between us.

Harvinder Billing must be re-instated!

Subject: DISMISSAL, HARVINDER BILLING, CSA2, HEATHROW –LONDON UNDERGROUND

That we note the views of yesterday’s reps meeting regarding the dismissal by the company of Bro Harvinder for allegedly not carrying out procedure around ticket office accounting, when the cash handling devices are riven with faults; and resulting discrepancies in accounting are rife as a result but that no adequate training exists for addressing these instances.
