The National Executive Committee has considered this matter and congratulates our Central Line Branches, Reps and members for the hard work done to secure five separate ballot results which all exceed the turnout and 'yes vote' thresholds for industrial action in the form of a strike. This sends a clear message to the company that we will not accept vindictive attacks on any members of this Union.

This matter will be placed on the agenda for a Drivers' Reps meeting taking place at Unity House on Friday 22nd September and I will keep Branches advised of all further developments.
