Dear RMT members,

As you will know we are balloting the entire membership in LUL over the issues of pay and Night Tube. As always we are available for talks . Today LUL have written to us and said that they would like to recommence the talks next week at ACAS on the issue of pay and night tube. I am putting together our negotiating team, representing all grades across the company and we will attend any meetings that are called - as we always do.

Talks are good, but it's movement that management will need to make in their position on the key issues of reaching an agreement with us on night tube and a decent pay award for all employees. We have to stand up and defend our agreements which protect our rights at work and we expect dignity and respect for the hard work of the members in LUL .

Therefore the ballot is critical. All members must return their ballot papers as soon as possible, and contact the RMT HELPLINE on 08003763706 if they haven't received one.

I will of course report back from any talks that take place next week.
